Fun with Horses --Coming --Fall 2019

Christine Schauer

Raised on a mixed farm, she owes the survival of her teen years to the fact that she was fortunate enough to have a horse to ride.  She rode recreationally and competed in Gymkhana events and introduced her two children to horses at a very young age.  She took that to another level and became a certified Western Riding Coach in the Equine Canada Coaching Program.  She didn’t stop there, having experienced and observed a larger need in her community, she pursued certification in Equine Assisted Learning, a learner based educational experience with horses.

Having recently found a home for her herd and her program at Eagle Hill Equine, she is excited to offer not only horsemanship lessons, but unique programming for individuals and groups seeking innovative skills development opportunities… which includes, but not limited to…  communication, team building, healthy relationships, healthy problem solving, building confidence and self esteem, responsibility and appropriate assertiveness, overcoming fear and finding success in a fun, safe and horsey environment.
